Services

Tricord Labs provides a comprehensive set of services to support both professionals and consumers in all areas related to managing their cardiac health. When our AED is activated, the system automatically prompts a guided therapy with a Crisis Center Notification to initiate the EMS and also contact designated relatives and friends which have been programmed into the system. Our AED provides Remote Assistance with access to a trained technician with voice support to walk through each step for saving a life. When the EMS Arrive, the Tricord Labs online technician provides an event recap and diagnostics and provide full-port event support and analysis.

Tricord offers its members a full-featured customer portal with annual enrollment, a knowledge center and access to cardiac health experts. Tricord support center provides detailed wireless monitoring of the Tricord AED and health systems. The home device and online membership program enable On-Going Maintenance with automated status messaging & replacement parts delivery.
